Condominium Unit Management:
- Monthly and annual income statements
- Collection of fees and rents from tenant
- Transfer of all income to unit owner
- Recording of all business and financial transactions
- Monitoring and payment of property taxes, mortgage and association fees
- Leasing, collection of security deposit and maintenance
- Coordination of all works required to prepare unit for rental
- Virtual Concierge
Property Management Services:
- Conduct regular scheduled site inspections
- Coordinate Annual Board meetings
- Address violations of Association Rules and Procedures
- Review and manage Association insurance needs
- Collect maintenance fees and pays building expenses
- Complete bookkeeping including Preparation of Budget and Financial Statements
- Negotiate and supervise services such as: building cleaning, refuse removal, landscaping, snow removal, and utilities
- Manages all construction projects for both the property and individual units.
